Shipping
Orders are sent via UPS Ground on Mondays, and possibly Tuesdays, to ensure your product is cold and is delivered by the weekend.
Overnight deliveries may be provided by request. Please contact us at steveandkathy@ghostdogdairy.com for an estimate of the additional cost and to talk about logistics. Please be aware that we live in a small town with limited services so extra time and thought may be needed to ensure you receive the best logistical experience!
When your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number for UPS. Please check the status of your shipment throughout the week.
Weather
We will not ship during extended excessive hot weather or winter storms. We will contact you if we feel we might have to push the shipping date back due to extreme weather.
