Description
Our goat meat sampler is awesome for families and chefs looking for interesting new flavors, high-protein and lower-fat alternatives to beef, pork and lamb. Due to the low fat content, goat meat tends to cook best slower or with added moisture such as in braised recipes.
A single sampler is approximately 4 pounds and includes an assortment of USDA certified goat meat.
USDA Inspected
Our goat meat is USDA inspected and then packed and frozen. Our samplers are shipped in insulated, bio degradable packaging with gel packs.
