Our hardnecks are VOF (Vermont Organic Farmers) Certified Organic “Music” bulbs that are the result of 7+ years of saving the best seed garlic. They thrive here in Northern Vermont and will do well in less harsh climates. Our garlic bulbs are between 1.5-2.4oz and have about 4-7 large cloves in each bulb. These are fantastic bulbs for cooking due to their large cloves and sweet flavor when roasted.
